The TEDxBinnenhof Catwalk for Innovation took place on Monday the 25th of June 2012 at the Binnenhof in The Hague. TEDxBinnenhof featured ten inspiring talks on groundbreaking ideas from the Netherlands that can help tackle global challenges such as pollution, health care costs, loss of biodiversity, climate change and scarcity of natural resources, food and energy. TEDxBinnenhof hosted livestream events at various locations in the Netherlands and at Dutch embassies worldwide.
The Dutch Fashion Foundation collaborated with TEDxBinnenhof and curated the Catwalk for Innovation; the opening show with live music, dance, design, rap, technology and fashion, offering from a creative perspective the ten themes of the inspiring talks:
