Heineken’s Beat Collection by Bas Kosters is a special collaboration between Bas Kosters and Heineken Nederland, created under de guidance of the Dutch Fashion Foundation. The Dutch Fashion Foundation and Bas Kosters Studio developed an innovative, multimedia concept in which the mutual values of Heineken and Bas Kosters are reflected. The collection consists of twelve accessible garments for men as well as women with the authentic Bas Kosters signature which were exclusively sold at the Heineken the City brand store in Amsterdam. During the Amsterdam Fashion Week of January 2009 the Beat collection was spectacularly launched in the Heineken Experience accompanied by the song ‘Beer’, which the Bas Kosters Studio band ‘Superior Experience’ created especially for this collection.
