The Art of Fashion – Panel Conversation at PAN Amsterdam
On Wednesday November 5th 2025 the Dutch Fashion Foundation was present at art fair PAN Amsterdam with the panel conversation ‘The Art of Fashion: Stretching Fashion & Art Boundaries’.
In the work of many fashion designers there is a convergence of fashion and art. For them, fashion is a creative expression that manifests itself physically, but also more and more digitally.
Wednesday November 5th 2025 at 16:00 on the PAN Podium stage Eva Olde Monninkhof (board member of the Dutch Fashion Foundation), fashion designer Mohamed Benchellal of the label BENCHELLAL and art director Fleur van Maarschalkerwaart of STUDIOULTRADELUXE talked about the increasingly stretching boundaries between fashion and art. With the theme of the day being ‘Wearable Art’ there were several interesting talks and presentations at PAN Podium.
